These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, services, retreats, accommodations, and activities provided by 15016797 Canada Inc., operating as RRR Healing Retreat and Wellness Centre ("RRR Healing Retreat", "we", "our", "us"). By booking a stay, retreat, or service, you ("guest", "participant", "client") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, retreats, accommodations, and activities provided by 15016797 Canada Inc., operating as RRR Healing Retreat and Wellness Centre.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or directly with our team.

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Full payment is due by the date specified at booking.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within the timeframe stated at booking may qualify for a partial refund.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.

Retreat programs may have separate cancellation policies due to instructor scheduling and preparation.

If RRR Healing Retreat must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, illness, etc.), guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future stay.

4. Health, Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

RRR Healing Retreat offers holistic wellness experiences such as meditation, yoga, Reiki, massage, and energy-based practices.

These services are not a substitute for medical treatment.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Guests participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being.

Please consult a licensed healthcare provider before participating if you have medical concerns.

5. Assumption of Risk

By staying at or participating in activities at RRR Healing Retreat, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with:

Outdoor environments

Fire pit use

Waterfront areas

Physical activities (yoga, movement classes)

Weather conditions

Wildlife in Northern Ontario

You agree that 15016797 Canada Inc. is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted safety rules.

6. Property Rules & Conduct

Guests must follow all posted rules, including:

Fire pit safety rules

House rules

Quiet hours

No smoking indoors

No unauthorized visitors

No pets unless explicitly approved

We reserve the right to remove guests who violate rules without refund.

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or amenities.

Missing items or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

RRR Healing Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.

8. Use of Facilities

Guests agree to use all facilities — including the fire pit, dock, waterfront, outdoor areas, and indoor amenities — safely and responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times.

9. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect only the information necessary to process bookings and provide services.

Personal data is stored securely.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

Use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Photography & Media

During retreats, photos may be taken for promotional purposes.

You may request not to be photographed.

We will always respect your privacy and personal boundaries.

11. Weather, Environment & Force Majeure

RRR Healing Retreat is located in a natural environment. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:

Storms

Power outages

Wildlife

Road conditions

Events beyond our control

In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate guests safely.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Ontario jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

RRR Healing Retreat may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
