Ann MacDonald is a Reiki Master with over 30 years of experience in energy healing through Reiki teaching and practice, incorporating it into everyday life. She is also a Registered Massage Therapist with 14 years of experience and an Aromatherapist for more than 24 years, bringing a deeply grounded, well-rounded approach to healing, mindfulness, education, and holistic care. Her extensive background allows her to support clients and students on physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. Ann is passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and supportive spaces at her wellness centre, where individuals can grow, heal, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Known for her calm, compassionate presence, she guides others through meaningful transformation with clarity and care, whether in one-on-one sessions or group settings. Ann blends her experience, intuition, and practical knowledge to meet people where they are on their healing journey. After navigating her own journey with chronic discomfort and seeking lasting relief, she discovered fascial release as a transformative practice—one that illuminates how the body stores tension, patterns, and lived experiences. This path led her to become a Certified Fascial Release and Bodywork Coach with Human Garage in 2023, enriching her approach with a systemic, evidence-informed perspective and a focus on practical, accessible techniques.

In Restorative Yoga & Fascial Bodywork, gentle fascia-focused release and supportive touch, she guides you through self-applied practices you can return to at home, helping reset the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing rhythm.

'Experience the sensory delights of tea through a guided mindfulness practice of curiosity. When the art of wonder is through noticing, we create a moment to moment experience of enchanting the senses with the inspiration of seasonally supportive tea. Katie will explore how nature's core elements of water, fire, earth and air are always at play, and how these elements can be expressed through us.  This tea focused meditation becomes a journey of imagination, remembering ourselves to be deeply connected to nature and energetic themes expressed symbolically through a pot of tea.
This experience includes the invitation to sit with personally chosen oracle cards + read aloud poetry, opportunities to further explore insights that are waiting to be revealed through the spirit of inquiry and contemplation.
 

Paired with a yoga practice that focuses on regulating the nervous system with titrating breathwork, mobility centered postures, and dynamic movements that stimulate and nourish body-mind awareness. This 2 hour session is for those who desire a creative and therapeutic approach to mindfulness and self care.
